I just love Spam - From Mr. Alfred James

I so love when spam messages like this make it through our spam filters
at work, because it offers up some afternoon amusement. Are there still
people out there that respond to this kind of email solicitation?

Here you go Mr. Alfred James, here is my bank account number, my social
security number, my CC number. Have all of it and please make my life a
living hell. I would love to meet the so-called "Mr. Alfred James" just
so I can meet the type of person who takes the time to write these
letters.

 Dear Sir/Madam

Although you might be apprehensive about my email as we have not met
before, I am Mr Afred James, I am a Banker i work with Bank Of
England,There is the sum of $20,600,000.00 in my Bank "Bank Of
England"United Kingdom, There were no beneficiaries stated concerning
these funds which means no one would ever come forward to claim it.

That is why I ask that we work together so as to have the sum
transfered out of my Bank into your Bank Account or any other account of your
choice.  I will be pleased to see if you can help me and also be a good and
trusted person. Once the funds have been transferred to your Nominated Bank
Account we shall then share in the ratio of 60% for me, 40% for you.

I wait in anticipation for your fullest cooperation. I am available to entertain any questions concerning this transaction. Your timely response to this mail will be highly appreciated

 Regards,

 Mr Afred James

I got this one via a yahoo group I am in (for volunteering for a special needs non profit). I don't know this guy, but his email was hacked:

Am in a hurry writing you this mail, I want to seek your help on something very important and you are the only one I can reach at this moment and i also expect you come to my aid. I am currently stranded.
I had a trip to London (UK); regrettably for me, all my money got stolen alongside with my bag where my passport and traveling documents were kept. Ever since then I have been stranded without money. My hotel bill is rising every day. I have restricted access to phone and internet for now, please I need you to lend me about 1300Pounds so I can make preparations to go back home.
I have spoken with the embassy and police here but they are not responding effectively to the matter. I will return the money once i get home. I am so confused right now.
I will be waiting to hear from you. Our first priority is safety because I do not feel safe or secured
Best Regards
Barry daniels
